AF-C Series

Calcined Alumina

High-temperature calcined aluminum oxide with controlled alpha-phase content

AF-C calcined aluminas are produced by high-temperature calcination of high-purity aluminum hydroxide. The controlled calcination process determines the alpha-Al₂O₃ content, primary crystallite size, and morphology. Subsequent grinding and air-separation produce powders with narrow particle size distribution and consistent batch-to-batch quality.

Key Features

  • Alpha-Al₂O₃ ≥ 92% for stable high-temperature performance
  • Controlled particle size from 2 μm to 80 μm
  • Low water demand and good flow properties
  • ISO 9001 certified production
